This hemp seed oil, rich in natural colour, has all its vitamin A, D, and E intact thanks to the cold pressing extraction process used. The delicate oil is a very rich source of Omega Fatty Acids 3, 6, 7, and 9, carrying a mild walnut and sunflower flavor. This oil has a low burning temperature and so is best not used in high heat applications.
