Our farm currently runs a 35 head cow calf herd that is made up of Charolais and Red Angus cows bred to Charolais bulls. We herd calves in late summer on grass pasture. The animals are fed feed solely grown on our farm.  Only supplementing minerals and salt. The cattle are not fed antibiotics or hormone treated. The calves winter in the yard and are finished on a corn and hay forage, supplemented with ground wheat. This combination of feed is easy on the animals digestive system and better for their health, even though it does take longer for them to reach finished weight. 

The beef is processed for you at a local provincially inspected abattoir and frozen for delivery.

We have a year round supply of beef ready to ship for your dinner tonight!
